In Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - $2,500.00/week, $600.00/night
Second Season (May and September) - $2,000.00/week, $500.00/night
Off Season - $1,500.00/week, $400.00/night

After making your reservation you will receive your lease agreement. Please read it carefully. You will be requested to send a 50% confirmation deposit and a signed copy of the the agreement within 15 days to reserve the property. The balane of the rent is due 15 days prior to arrival.

A 200.00 Securty Deposit is required, which will be refunded to you approximately 30 days after check-out if the house and property are left damage-free and reasonably clean.

If a reservaton is cancelled for any reason, advance rent less 20% will not be refunded unless property is re-rented for the same period and sufficient payment has been received from the new tenant.

Check In is 3:00 PM and Check Out is 10:00 PM
