Rates include full use of the property, except for hunting

privileges. Pets are welcome but require a $150 deposit

refundable at departure.


In Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - $3,000.00/week, $600.00/night  

Second Season (May and September) - $2,500.00/week, $500.00/night  

Off Season - $2,000.00/ week, $400.00 night* All rates plus state and local taxes.  

 
There is a 3 night minimum stay for In and Second Season rentals.

After making your reservation you will receive your lease agreement 

and payment information. Please read it carefully. You will be requested 

to send a 50% confirmation deposit and a signed copy of the agreement 

within 15 days to reserve the property. The balance of the rent is 

due 15 days prior to arrival.
A $300.00 Damage Deposit is required, which will be refunded to you 

approximately 30 days after check out if the house and property are 

left damage-free and reasonably clean.
If a reservation is canceled for any reason, advance rent less 20% 

will not be refunded unless property is re-rented for the same period.


Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is

permitted anywhere on the grounds, at the pool or any of the porches.


Catering is available for meal preparation

meal plans and rates are available.


Provisioning is available prior to arrival

Rate is $55.00 plus cost of goods.


Local availability of kayaks, canoes and bicycles can be

arranged with delivery and pickup at the farm. Call for

a rate schedule.


AV Equipment is available for corporate meetings.

In conjunction with State and County laws, hunting is

available on the 65 acre farm. Your safety is our primary

concern. Availability and details require a prior meeting.

Arrangements for local guides is available.


A State Tax of 6% and a County Tax of 5% will be added

where appropriate.

Check In is 3:00 PM and Check Out is 10:00 AM
